Does the Furniture arrive fully assembled?
Most of our furniture range will arrive FLAT PACKED, unless stated otherwise on our website
Can you deliver the furniture item fully assembled as I am unable to assembly the furniture myself?
Unfortunately No; we are unable to deliver the item fully assembled, due to 4 reasons as follows:
a) some of our items come direct from our Wharehouse,
b) would increase our delivery costs fully assembled and
c) the furniture may get damaged in transit
d) the furniture may not get through the front door or up stairwells/cases fully assembled.
Can you Assemble the furniture for me?
We do offer an ‘Assembly Service’ on request for any flat packed item. Unfortunately we can only provide this service within a 50mile radius of Keith.
Returns
What do I do if I decide that the Goods I have order are not what I expected they would be and does not match my existing bedroom furniture.
Providing it is still in it’s original packaging, unused and undamaged, then We, the Supplier, can offer an exchange or complete refund providing we are notified in writing (post or e-mail) within 3 days of receipt of goods and it is returned to us in it’s original packaging, unused and undamaged within days. The customer is responsible for arranging returns to my premises (as noted on the Contact Us page). The Customer also is pays for all and any costs incurred for the returns. The Customer will receive full refund on delivery to my premises, providing the goods are in perfect and original packaging, unused and undamaged goods. If the Customer has difficulty in returning the goods to my premises with the timescale noted, then We, the Supplier, can arrange uplift for returning goods at an extra charge of _____%.
